Bedford Heights, Ohio, United States, January 2025 – Chelsea Coleman has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Olympic Steel, marking another milestone in her remarkable career spanning over 14 years with the company. In her new role, Chelsea will oversee the strategic direction of human resources initiatives, driving talent management and fostering a people-centric culture aligned with Olympic Steel’s mission and values.

Chelsea’s journey with Olympic Steel began in 2011 as a Human Resources Administrator at the Mount Sterling, Kentucky facility. In this role, she supported HR operations and established a strong foundation for her career. She quickly advanced to become a Human Resources Representative, where she took on broader responsibilities, including employee relations and compliance.

By 2013, Chelsea transitioned into the dual role of Human Resources & Safety Representative, where she ensured workplace safety and contributed to employee development initiatives. Her exceptional leadership and commitment to HR excellence earned her a promotion in 2015 to Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, where she spearheaded recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

In 2016, Chelsea took on the role of Senior Corporate HR Manager, a position she held for over nine years. During this time, she played a pivotal role in aligning HR functions with organizational goals, implementing employee engagement programs, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
