Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – Chhavi Gaur has joined Cheil India as General Manager – Brand Experience (Head of Events), marking a significant return to the organization where she previously contributed to its experiential marketing excellence. In her new role, Chhavi will lead Cheil’s Brand Experience division, driving innovative event strategies, integrated campaigns, and large-scale activations for leading clients across sectors.
Before rejoining Cheil India, Chhavi Gaur served as General Manager – Experiential Marketing (Hyundai Business) at INNOCEAN India, where she successfully led high-impact campaigns and large-format brand experiences for Hyundai. Over her tenure of nearly three years, she helped strengthen INNOCEAN’s position as a leader in automotive experiential marketing through creative, data-backed, and customer-centric event strategies.
Earlier, Chhavi spent over three years with Cheil India as Account Director – Brand Experience, where she played a key role in building integrated brand engagement programs and immersive consumer activations. Her work during this period helped establish benchmark experiential campaigns for several global clients, reflecting her deep understanding of brand storytelling and audience experience design.
Before joining Cheil, she held the position of Head of Client Servicing at THOT Media Pvt. Ltd., managing diverse event portfolios and delivering client-focused experiential solutions for six years. Her leadership contributed to driving business growth and nurturing long-term client partnerships across industries.
Chhavi’s earlier professional journey includes impactful roles at Showtime Events, Beacon Adcom, and the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games Organizing Committee, where she honed her expertise in client management, marketing communication, and international event coordination. These experiences built her strong foundation in strategic event planning, brand activation, and stakeholder engagement.
