Brighton, England, September 2025 — Chloe Hibbert has taken on a new role as Head of People Business Partnering and Operations at MPB, the world’s largest platform for buying, selling, and trading used photo and video equipment. In this capacity, she will lead people strategy and operational excellence, aligning HR initiatives with MPB’s mission of accessibility, sustainability, and innovation in the visual storytelling space.
Hibbert brings a wealth of experience across global people functions. Most recently, she served as Head of People at Sopro, where she strengthened people-first strategies and supported organizational growth. Prior to that, she was VP, Global People Programs at Cision, contributing to large-scale people initiatives across regions.
Her career includes a significant tenure at Brandwatch, where she advanced through multiple leadership positions including Global Director of People Partnering, Global Manager of People Partnerships, and Global Recruitment Manager. During this time, she played a pivotal role in building global people programs and enhancing recruitment and retention frameworks across diverse geographies.
Earlier in her journey, Hibbert held roles at Leaders Romans Group and Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB), where she honed her skills in recruitment, HR operations, and people leadership.
Her appointment underlines MPB’s commitment to cultivating a high-performance, people-centric culture as it scales its global footprint.
