Ritu Sharma Appointed as APAC Benefits Delivery Lead at Intuit

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2025 – Intuit has announced the appointment of Ritu Sharma as APAC Benefits Delivery Lead. In this role, she will oversee the strategic design and delivery of employee benefits across the APAC region, aligning people programs with business objectives to enhance employee experience and well-being.

Ritu brings extensive HR expertise spanning more than two decades, with a proven track record in HR operations, benefits management, digital transformation, and employee service delivery. At Intuit, she will focus on building scalable, employee-centric benefit programs that drive both organizational impact and employee engagement.

Before joining Intuit, Ritu was with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. for nearly nine years, where she most recently served as Lead – HR Operations & Service Delivery, Digital Transformation & Employee Benefits. In this role, she was instrumental in driving operational excellence, HR transformation initiatives, and innovative employee benefits design. Earlier at Aditya Birla, she also served as HR Business Partner for Digital Transformation and Talent Acquisition, where she played a vital role in workforce planning, culture building, and leadership development.

Prior to this, she served as a Human Resources Consultant, supporting organizations in HR processes and stakeholder engagement. Ritu also worked with Wipro Technologies as Senior Executive – Compensation and Benefits, where she streamlined C&B policies, revamped employee benefit programs, and introduced wellness and insurance initiatives at scale. Earlier in her career, she gained experience as an IT Recruiter at iQuest Consultants and as an HR Executive at R&M Manpower India Pvt. Ltd., where she built strong foundations in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
