Singapore, Singapore, July 2025 – Chloe Zhou has been elevated to Global Head of Talent Acquisition, BSO at CBRE, expanding her leadership remit beyond Asia Pacific to a global scale. In this strategic role, she will lead global talent acquisition initiatives across CBRE’s Business Services Organisation (BSO), driving best-in-class hiring practices, employer branding, and inclusive recruitment strategies aligned with CBRE’s future of work vision.
Chloe has been with CBRE for over two years, previously leading as APAC Head of Talent Acquisition, Enterprise & Data Center Solutions, GWS, where she managed a team of 45 professionals and oversaw talent strategy across multiple geographies. Prior to this, she was APAC Head of Talent Acquisition, Enterprise, GWS, where she successfully led the team to deliver over 2,000 hires in a year while building scalable, diversity-focused TA frameworks for the region.
Before CBRE, Chloe served as Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa at Versuni (formerly Philips Domestic Appliances). In this role, she not only led large regional TA teams but also co-created the global employer branding strategy and TA technology re-design. Her portfolio included global C-suite hiring and advising senior leaders on talent strategy.
Previously, she held regional leadership positions at Baxter International, NetApp, and Warner Bros. Discovery, where she led global TA digital transformation, branding initiatives, and enterprise-wide hiring strategy. She also worked with Equinix and various organizations earlier in her career, gaining foundational experience across HR, talent operations, and acquisition strategy.
