London, UK – Chris Blackwell has recently assumed the role of Chief People and Performance Officer at AutogenAI. Blackwell brings a robust portfolio of over 20 years of experience in leadership and human resources management across various high-performing organizations.
Prior to his appointment at AutogenAI, Blackwell was pivotal at Purpose Led Performance, a company he founded in 2019 and led as CEO for five years. Here, he was instrumental in devising strategies that propelled organizations through periods of significant growth and change, utilizing a bespoke performance cycle based on extensive operational expertise.
From December 2017 to February 2019, Blackwell served as the Chief Executive Officer of Entrust Support Services Limited, a joint venture focused on education services. Under his leadership, Entrust expanded its service offerings nationwide, significantly enhancing educational outcomes across England.
Additionally, Blackwell played a crucial role as the Interim Chief Executive Officer for The Reducing Reoffending Partnership from August 2016 to November 2017. He led strategic transformations that integrated services from the public, voluntary, and private sectors to reduce reoffending rates in the UK effectively.
Chris’s earlier tenure included significant positions such as the UK Managing Director for Human Services at MAXIMUS, where he grew the company’s UK revenues substantially from 2012 to 2016. His strategic leadership was also evident at Ingeus, where as COO and Deputy CEO, he managed a vast expansion and diversification of the company’s services, including a major joint venture with Deloitte.
