Her previous roles included significant positions at StreamSets Inc., where she was instrumental in building the HR department and supporting the company through major organizational changes, including a merger with Software AG.

Her career also spans significant tenures with other high-profile organizations such as AgoraPulse and CeramConcept, where she led HR and finance operations, driving employee engagement and developing robust talent management systems. Erman’s foundational experiences were formed during her time as a VP of People at StreamSets Inc., and earlier leadership roles at GRAE Consulting and other technology and HR consultancy firms, where she developed key strategic HR initiatives.
