Washington DC-Baltimore Area, United States, June 2024 – Chris Jones has joined Kodiak Solutions as the new Chief People Officer. Bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent management, Chris is set to lead the Talent & People organization for the high-growth technology-enabled services firm, driving the formation of all people operations and supporting organizational growth both domestically and abroad.
Prior to joining Kodiak Solutions, Chris served as the Chief People Operations Officer at ShiftMed for over a year. In this role, he provided oversight to all human resources and talent needs, leading efforts to expand employee reach and increase engagement within the high-growth organization that serves healthcare providers in both acute and post-acute settings.
Before his tenure at ShiftMed, Chris was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cloudmed, an R1 company, for more than five years. There, he provided human resources leadership for the organization during its high-growth phase, driving merger integration activities and organic growth. Cloudmed Solutions is a leader in revenue recovery and consulting services for the healthcare industry.
Chris also held a significant role at Strategic Resilience Group LLC as the Principal Consultant and Healthcare Practice Lead. During his time there, he provided consulting expertise on post-merger integration, human capital transformation, and change management projects for both commercial and government client organizations.
Earlier in his career, Chris spent nearly nine years at FTI Consulting in various roles. As the Managing Director, he led all human capital and talent management programs for FTI’s growing Health Solutions practice. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Talent Management, where he directed recruitment, career path design, performance management, and training efforts. His initial role at FTI was as a Senior Manager of Talent Management at Stockamp & Associates, a firm that was later acquired by FTI Consulting.
Chris began his career at Accenture, where he worked for five years as a Senior Recruiter, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
