Minnesota, United States, July 2025 – Chris Passaro has been named Senior Vice President, Global HR Business Partner at Ryan Specialty, a leading international specialty insurance firm. In this pivotal leadership role, Chris will be responsible for guiding the HR Business Partner team, driving the alignment of people strategy with business objectives, and fostering a high-performance culture across Ryan Specialty’s global operations.
Chris brings over two decades of deep HR and leadership experience to his new position. Most recently, he served as Sr. Director, Human Resources, Gene Reading Business Unit at Integrated DNA Technologies—one of Danaher’s life sciences companies—where he led global HR programs supporting employee engagement, talent, and leadership development across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Previously, Chris held several senior roles at Comcast, including Vice President, Human Resources, where he was a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, accountable for HR, talent acquisition, internal communications, EHS, and engagement strategies that enabled business growth and fostered a diverse, inclusive culture. His earlier experience includes six years with Pentair as Senior Director, Human Resources, supporting global operations, driving M&A integration, optimizing talent and performance management, and leading change management efforts.
Chris’s career also includes senior HR leadership at GE HealthCare, Ransome Caterpillar, and Ziegler Caterpillar, where he led Six Sigma projects, corporate recruiting, and employee relations programs across large, distributed teams. He holds a Masters in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
