Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2025 — Mastech Digital, a leading digital transformation and data modernization company, has appointed Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha as its new Chief Delivery Officer. With more than 25 years of experience across global delivery leadership, data ecosystems, and AI-powered digital transformation, Jitendra brings strategic depth and innovation to his new role. Based in Hyderabad, he will lead the company’s delivery strategy with a focus on scaling impact-driven, AI-first solutions for clients worldwide.
Prior to joining Mastech Digital, Jitendra served as Senior Vice President & Global Head – Data & AI at LTIMindtree, where he held P&L responsibility for key service lines including Data & Analytics, Enterprise AI, and product platforms. Under his leadership, the company witnessed significant traction in enterprise-scale AI adoption and platform-led growth across geographies.
Earlier, he led transformation initiatives at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where he was instrumental in scaling the largest data and AI practice and expanding delivery capabilities at the Hyderabad center, growing its strength from 1,000 to 6,500 professionals. His contributions helped win numerous industry recognitions, including awards from partners such as Snowflake and AWS.
Jitendra also spent close to 18 years at Cognizant, where he held senior global delivery roles including Hyderabad Center Head, Head of Analytics and Information Management for BFS, and Head of Growth Markets. His tenure was marked by his efforts to modernize data ecosystems, lead enterprise AI engagements, and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives. He began his early career with Wipro and DSQ Software, working on large-scale BI implementations for global clients.
Beyond delivery leadership, Jitendra is an active thought leader and mentor in the data and AI space, often engaging in policy dialogue, industry forums, and digital inclusion programs.
