Earlier, Meenakshi held the role of Vice President, Private Wealth Management Technology at Goldman Sachs, where she managed large-scale applications and data platforms. She was also an active member of the India Women in Technology (iWIT) forum, driving inclusion in tech leadership.

She began her career with a remarkable eight-year tenure at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where she undertook various roles—from developer to project manager—across global banking and capital markets clients.
