Richardson, Texas, United States, September 2025 — Chris Patrick has taken on the role of Sr. Director, People Operations & Total Rewards at Zapier. In this capacity, he will oversee all aspects of people operations, compensation, and benefits while continuing to strengthen Zapier’s culture and employee experience on a global scale.
Chris has been with Zapier for nearly eight years, where he has progressed through multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Head of People Operations, leading people strategy and operations to support Zapier’s rapid growth. Before that, he worked as Senior People Business Partner, where he played a key role in driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Zapier, Chris built his HR foundation at AppFolio as an HR Generalist, where he contributed to scaling HR programs for a growing SaaS business, and at RealPage, Inc., where he supported global HR operations and compliance. His career reflects a strong commitment to building scalable HR systems and empowering people-first organizations.
