During her tenure at BMO, Heenan has held multiple key roles, recently serving as Director & Human Resources Business Partner since August 2018. Her journey at BMO began back in 2008, where she first made her mark as a Change Management Specialist, progressively evolving into more significant HR roles throughout the years. Her skills in decision-making, strategic leadership, and risk management have been instrumental in driving BMO’s HR initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
Before joining BMO, Heenan was a Human Resources Manager at Bell Canada, where she served for nearly a decade, honing her expertise in human resources management and contributing significantly to their HR strategies.
