With a career spanning over three decades, Neeraj brings to the table deep expertise in strategy, M&A, business turnaround, and operational transformation across leading OEM and Tier-1 organizations in India and the Middle East.
Prior to joining UNIPRODUCTS, Neeraj served as Group President & Chief Marketing Officer at Spark Minda, where he played a critical role in leading the company past the USD 500 million revenue mark, achieving 45% growth in FY23. His leadership extended across geographies and functional domains, including business generation, customer engagement, cost reduction, and cash flow optimization.
Before that, he held the role of Senior Vice President at JTEKT India Ltd., a subsidiary of the USD 54 billion JTEKT Corporation, Japan. There, he directly reported to the Chairman and drove profitability through strategic growth planning and cost recovery initiatives. He has also served as President and Director at GENAVCO L.L.C., where he successfully turned around operations in just three quarters.
Neeraj’s global experience includes executive roles at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group and AW Rostamani Group in Dubai, where he led regional expansions, M&A initiatives, and operational excellence programs across the automotive and engineering sectors. His tenure at Sona Comstar and Toyota Kirloskar Motor further cemented his reputation as a transformational leader with a sharp focus on innovation, execution, and sustainable value creation.
