Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 — Neha Jagtiani has taken on the role of Senior Global Leadership Development Business Partner at Nestlé, where she will be responsible for driving global leadership and talent development strategies at one of the world’s most respected organizations.
In her previous role at Deloitte as Senior Consultant, Workforce Transformation, Neha played a pivotal role in designing and deploying scalable leadership development journeys for leaders in major global organizations. She collaborated across US, UK, Europe, and APAC to deliver leadership and learning advisory engagements for Fortune 500 companies in life sciences, technology, services, and manufacturing. Her projects included launching leadership journeys for a Swiss multinational, facilitating leadership workshops for an American semiconductor leader, reimagining talent strategies for global services organizations, and leading DEI and knowledge management initiatives for biotech and pharmaceutical giants.
Prior to Deloitte, Neha worked at Kincentric as Consultant II, Talent Advisory for nearly two years. She served as the design and implementation lead and project manager for high-impact leadership, talent, and succession planning programs, working across industries to deliver leadership journeys for 150+ leaders. She excelled in designing competency frameworks, mapping talent strategies, and managing global networks of assessors, coaches, and facilitators, further sharpening her skills in high potential identification and leadership assessment.
Earlier, at Aon, Neha spent over four years as a Consultant, Leadership & Assessments. She contributed to more than ten consulting engagements on competency framework design, leadership assessment, and succession planning, facilitating certification programs and supporting major HR transformation projects across industries.
Throughout her decade-long career, Neha has built a strong reputation as a specialist in leadership development, talent strategy, learning design, and assessment, partnering with client organizations to drive impact at scale and build future-ready leaders.
