Bala Aiyaswamy brings more than two decades of leadership experience across human resources, organizational transformation, leadership development, operating model redesign, culture building, workforce modernization, and strategic business partnering. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives, organization design programs, M&A integration efforts, and capability-building interventions across complex business environments.
Widely recognized for balancing strategic vision with execution excellence, Bala has worked closely with Boards and leadership teams to align people strategies with business priorities, strengthen organizational capability, and build high-performance cultures during periods of change and growth.
In his new role, Bala will lead Wockhardt’s global people and culture agenda, with a strong focus on organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, employee experience, talent strategy, and building a future-ready workforce aligned with the company’s long-term innovation-led growth ambitions.
