New Delhi, India, September 2024 – Aatreyee Dam has joined PNB Housing Finance Limited as the Lead – Learning & Development. In this new role, Aatreyee will be responsible for driving the learning and development strategy across the organization, focusing on identifying skill gaps, developing frameworks, and fostering talent development initiatives to enhance the company’s overall workforce capabilities.

Prior to her role at PNB Housing Finance, Aatreyee served as the Global Learning & Organizational Development Partner at Biocon Biologics for one year and six months. In this position, she implemented organization-wide strategies to improve employee engagement and performance while leading cross-functional talent management initiatives and developing learning frameworks for career growth.

Before Biocon Biologics, Aatreyee held the position of Learning and Development Manager at HFCL Limited for over a year and a half. She was instrumental in driving technology and leadership competency development and spearheading various initiatives to retain talent and ensure knowledge transfer. Her contributions also included implementing diverse learning methods and managing the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Earlier in her career, Aatreyee worked as an Assistant Manager at SMC Group for nearly four years, where she collaborated with senior leaders across the organization to align training with business goals. Her responsibilities included conducting orientation sessions, developing psychometric tests for leadership, and managing the company’s LMS.

Additionally, Aatreyee served as a Senior Learning & Development Executive at LeewayHertz for a brief period, where she developed training content and delivered onboarding sessions. Her earlier experience includes a role as a Learning and Development Specialist at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd., where she managed training programs for healthcare professionals.
