Prior to her new position, Erica served as Vice President of Human Resources at Fringe Benefit Group for five years. In this role, she successfully led HR operations and performance improvement initiatives, strengthening the company’s culture and workforce development efforts. Her expertise in leadership and interpersonal communication positioned her as a key player in the company’s growth.
Before joining Fringe Benefit Group, Erica worked at Pitney Bowes as an HR professional, where she was responsible for a range of HR functions and employee relations activities. Her brief tenure provided valuable experience in HR operations and organizational leadership.
Earlier in her career, Erica was Director of Human Resources at InterContinental Stephen F. Austin Hotel for 16 years. She led HR, training, safety, and security operations for the iconic hotel, fostering employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Additionally, Erica has held HR leadership roles at Easter Seals Central Texas and The Driskill Hotel, where she contributed to building strong HR frameworks and improving performance management systems.
