Washington, D.C., United States, November 2025 — Christie Susko has taken on a new role as Vice President of Sales at Aon, marking another significant milestone in her 12-year journey with the company. In her new position, Christie will lead strategic sales initiatives and business partnerships across Aon’s key markets, driving growth through client-focused solutions and innovative risk and human capital strategies.
Christie has been a cornerstone of Aon since 2013, progressing through several leadership roles that have shaped her into a trusted advisor and growth catalyst. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Business Partnerships, where she led collaboration with professional associations, advancing Aon Affinity’s healthcare programs including NSO, HPSO, Dentist’s Advantage, and others. Prior to that, as Assistant Vice President – Business Partnerships, she strengthened Aon’s presence in healthcare, insurance, and risk management by fostering meaningful client relationships and strategic alliances.
Before joining Aon, Christie spent over seven years at the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), where she served as Director of Insurance and Member Benefits. Her work led to a dramatic increase in member engagement and revenue generation through innovative program design and partnership development. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Women’s Consumer Network and First Consumers National Bank, where she managed large-scale marketing and loyalty programs, driving measurable business outcomes.
Alongside her corporate career, Christie has been a long-standing contributor to the marketing community. She has served as Past President of the American Marketing Association – Washington D.C. Chapter, helping grow the network to over 800 members. She also taught marketing and management courses as a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University and American University, sharing her deep expertise in strategic marketing and leadership development with emerging professionals.
