In her new role, Christina will be responsible for strategic HR planning, leadership development, and driving HR initiatives that support the company’s cultural transformation. As she steps into this position, Christina aims to further align HR strategies with business growth, fostering a supportive and high-performance environment.
Before this promotion, Christina served as the Director of Recruiting and Staff Development at Spherexx.com for over nine years. During this tenure, she led strategic recruiting efforts, supported staff development, and maintained company culture while overseeing the recruitment department’s direction and objectives.
In addition to her recruiting role, Christina also held the position of Project Administration Manager at Spherexx, where she managed key account relationships, provided strategic solutions, and furthered client partnerships. Her dual role allowed her to integrate HR strategies with client development, enhancing both employee engagement and business growth.
Prior to joining Spherexx, Christina worked as a Conference Coordinator at INFC, where she managed executive league operations, sponsorship relations, marketing, scheduling, and logistics for youth sports leagues across Oklahoma.
Earlier in her career, she served as a Paralegal at Herrold Herrold & Co, focusing on complex legal matters, and as an Office Manager at RPM Services, overseeing third-party inspection, reporting, and notary services.
