Career Path at Interpublic Group:
Christine has been a part of the IPG team for nearly two years, showcasing remarkable expertise and dedication. Prior to her new role, she served as the Senior Manager of HR Technology, a position she held since September 2022. In her tenure, Christine has been instrumental in integrating and enhancing HR technologies across various IPG agencies, improving operational efficiencies and supporting the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Previous Experience:
Before joining IPG, Christine had a robust career spanning significant roles at various organizations. She was the Vice President of HR Technology at IPG DXTRA, where she led major projects such as the implementation of Greenhouse Recruiting and Culture Amp Performance systems. Her prior positions include Director and Manager of HR Technology at the same firm, where she made substantial impacts by leading global technology initiatives and enhancing HR analytics tools.
Her career also includes a tenure as an HRIS and Compensation Specialist at TP ICAP, where she was involved in the implementation of Workday HCM and payroll systems. Additionally, Christine has held roles at Toys”R”Us and was notably involved in the deployment of Workday Recruiting and developing HR strategies to enhance the candidate experience.
