Priyanka Kulkarni has been appointed as HR Head at Kraft Heinz – India, GCC. With over a decade of extensive experience in human resources management across multiple industries, Priyanka is set to steer Kraft Heinz India’s human resources strategies towards greater heights.

Most recently, Priyanka served as the Head of HR at Arcolab Private Limited, where she was responsible for managing HR operations for six group companies, handling a comprehensive human capital of approximately 5,000 employees. Her role included strategic oversight of the HR charter for the GCC, demonstrating her prowess in managing complex HR ecosystems.

Prior to Arcolab, she was at DXC Technology as the HR Lead for Modern Workplace & Europe, where she honed her skills in performance appraisal, business initiatives, and negotiation, crucial for driving business alignment with HR strategies.

Her tenure also includes significant roles at Dell Technologies and IBM India, where she focused on global HR business development and HR partnership across diverse geographies, supporting over 100 deals and managing comprehensive employee engagement initiatives.

Additionally, Priyanka’s earlier experiences include strategic HR positions at Credit Suisse and Piramal Enterprises, where she developed and implemented key HR processes and systems, showcasing her ability to adapt and innovate in various organizational settings.
