Before joining INTAS, Kshitiz served as Vice President of the Business Finance Group at Lupin since June 2021, where he was instrumental in driving financial strategies and business operations in Mumbai. His tenure at Lupin was marked by significant contributions to business finance management, aligning financial and corporate strategies to facilitate the company’s growth.

Prior to Lupin, Kshitiz was the Head of Global BPA finance for Manufacturing Operations at Novartis in Hyderabad. During his brief but impactful stint from October 2020 to June 2021, he managed comprehensive budgeting and financial planning across international manufacturing operations, showcasing his capability to handle complex financial landscapes.

Kshitiz also spent over nine years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, progressing through various roles from Associate Director to Senior Director of Finance. His leadership in these positions was characterized by pioneering financial initiatives and supporting business operations that significantly boosted the company’s market presence.

Earlier in his career, Kshitiz held key finance roles at Shell and Tolaram Group, where he developed a robust foundation in financial control and team management, proving his mettle in handling high-stakes financial environments.
