Scottsdale, Arizona, United States – August 2024 – Troon has promoted Heather Brilhante to Vice President, Human Resources from her earlier role as Director of Human Resources. Heather has been with Troon for over a year, where she has demonstrated exceptional HR leadership and strategic vision.
Before joining Troon, Heather served as the VP of Human Resources at Taco Time Northwest for approximately four years, where she led workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources at AG Consulting Partners, Inc., where she focused on HR operations, talent management, and strategic HR leadership. Earlier in her career, Heather gained extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager at BlackPoint IT Services, managing HR functions and compliance for the company.
Heather’s previous experiences include key HR roles at American Capital Group and Therapeutic Associates, where she managed HR operations, employee relations, and benefits administration. Her diverse background in HR across various industries has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her new role at Troon.
