In his new role, Enoch will oversee HR operations across more than 50 countries, driving efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation across the company’s global people infrastructure.
Before joining Apex Group Ltd., Enoch Wagner served as Global Operations Manager at Salesforce, where he was instrumental in optimizing HR technology frameworks and operational processes across regions. His focus on leveraging Workday Human Capital Management solutions enabled streamlined people operations and enhanced cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
Prior to Salesforce, Enoch worked with State Street as Manager – HR Technology and Operations, where he successfully led HR Shared Services and HRSS transformation initiatives. During his tenure, he implemented quality management and automation strategies to drive process excellence in HR technology and operations for the financial and banking sector.
Earlier in his career, Enoch served as Senior Quality Lead – HRSS at DuPont, where he strengthened operational governance, compliance, and service delivery standards. His focus on Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies enabled measurable enhancements in process quality and employee experience.
Enoch began his HR journey with Tata Communications as an HR Executive, where he gained valuable experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits management. Over the years, he has evolved into a global HR leader known for integrating technology and strategy to build high-performing HR ecosystems.
