Classic Marble Company appoints Priye Choudhary as Chief Marketing Officer to architect its next phase of premium growth

Gurgaon, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Classic Marble Company (CMC), one of India’s leading luxury surface brands trusted across millions of homes and spaces, has appointed Priye Choudhary as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The move signals a decisive step towards crafting more cohesive, design-led brand experiences while strengthening CMC’s position as one of India’s most admired luxury surface brands.

In his role, Priye is focused on shaping the brand’s next phase of evolution, strengthening its position as a premium, design-led surfaces brand. His approach centres on bringing together strategy, storytelling, and experience to ensure the brand remains relevant in a design-led market while building long-term value and differentiation.

He is also working towards creating a more unified brand architecture and scalable platforms that will enhance brand visibility, deepen consumer engagement, and support sustained business growth.

Priye brings close to two decades of experience across leading global and Indian brands, distinguished by his work in building consumer-centric brands and advancing premiumisation. In his earlier roles with BirlaNu, Samsung, Welspun, Grohe, Panasonic and Sony Electronics he has led large-scale brand transformations spanning rebranding, brand architecture, and repositioning businesses into contemporary, globally relevant brands. Across organisations, he has driven growth by challenging category norms, crafting compelling narratives, and building integrated brand and communication ecosystems grounded in consumer insight.

Priye is an alumna of executive programmes at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, along with programmes at ISB and MICA, and is recognised for bringing strategic clarity to brands, seamlessly aligning business ambition, storytelling, and execution to deliver measurable impact.

Commenting on the appointment, Mohanraj Jagannivasan, CEO, Classic Marble Company, said, “As we scale our presence in the premium surfaces segment, building a differentiated and future-ready brand is a strategic priority. Priye brings a strong ability to integrate strategy, creativity, and execution with precision. His leadership will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of growth for CMC.”

Speaking in his appointment, Priye Choudhary, Chief Marketing Officer, Classic Marble Company, said, “I am excited to join Classic Marble Company at a pivotal moment in its journey. With a strong legacy in the surfaces category and iconic offerings across natural marble and its signature engineered brand, KalingaStone, a globally recognised product that blends design, innovation, and aspiration – CMC is well positioned to lead the next phase of category evolution.”

“As a house of brands with a distinctive synergy across natural and engineered surfaces, CMC combines design, material innovation, and evolving consumer needs to shape how premium spaces are imagined and experienced. My focus will be on building a sharper, globally relevant brand narrative, creating a more cohesive brand experience, and driving growth by deepening consumer relevance across India and key international markets, as we continue to build one of the most admired luxury surface brands.”
