Attur / Salem District, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2025 — Nanda Kishore VJ has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Rasi Seeds, stepping into a senior leadership role as the company embarks on an ambitious expansion beyond its flagship cotton‑seed business. Kishore joins Rasi Seeds at a transformative moment — post its Golden Jubilee — and will spearhead efforts to build a future‑ready, people‑centric culture as the company extends into field crops and forage crops.
Kishore brings a wealth of HR and organizational experience accumulated over more than two decades. Immediately prior to joining Rasi Seeds, he served as Head HR, Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited from May 2022 until December 2025, overseeing human-resources strategy across agribusiness operations. Before that, he was HR Lead at Mahindra & Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector, where he helped align workforce capabilities to the sector’s evolving production and business demands.
Earlier in his career, Kishore contributed to the HR functions of Monsanto India Limited, managing HR for supply‑chain operations across India. In that capacity, he played a role in workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational design in a dynamic agricultural supply‑chain environment. Prior to Monsanto, he held HR leadership positions at prominent organisations including UltraTech Cement (Aditya Birla Group), Bharti Airtel Ltd., and Asian Paints, where he developed foundational skills in employee engagement, talent management, and industrial HR practices.
Across his career arc, Kishore has demonstrated versatility spanning agribusiness, manufacturing, supply‑chain, and corporate sectors — experience that positions him well to lead Rasi Seeds into its next growth phase. In his new capacity as CHRO, he is expected to guide workforce strategy, talent development, and organizational culture, aligning people systems with the company’s strategic ambition in both seeds and broader agri‑product lines.
