Razat Gaurav brings twenty-five years of experience in enterprise software and supply chain, along with a proven track record of advancing innovation-driven growth and building high-performance cultures. Kinaxis highlighted that his deep industry expertise and leadership approach make him uniquely qualified to guide the company through its next phase of expansion.

Before joining Kinaxis, Razat Gaurav served as CEO and Member of the Board of Directors at Planview for nearly five years. During this tenure, he led the organization through a period of strategic transformation, focusing on growth acceleration, customer value creation, and product innovation. His leadership was marked by strengthening Planview’s market position and expanding its enterprise platform capabilities.

Prior to Planview, Razat was CEO and Member of the Board at LLamasoft, Inc. (later part of Coupa), where he played a central role in scaling the company’s supply chain design and analytics business. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software) for over seven years. As EVP & GM and Chief Revenue Officer, he oversaw global sales, product management, industry strategy, and alliances, with responsibility for a significant portion of the company’s P&L. He also led international regions across EMEA, APAC, and Latin America, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and major SaaS initiatives.

Razat’s professional foundation was built at i2 Technologies, where he spent more than a decade in multiple senior roles including Senior Vice President – Head of Sales and SVP – Global Logistics Business Unit. He was instrumental in growing the logistics business globally and advancing SaaS transportation management solutions. He began his career in consulting with Ernst & Young, working on supply chain strategy and process optimization for leading global enterprises.
