Rrajesh Raii Appointed as Senior Vice President – People (APAC) at GlobalLogic

Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, September 2025 – Rrajesh Raii has been appointed as the Senior Vice President – People (APAC) at GlobalLogic, where he will lead the people strategy across the region. In this pivotal role, he will focus on creating a “People First” experience within an “AI First” environment, driving employee engagement, talent development, and leadership initiatives that align with GlobalLogic’s innovation-driven culture.

Raii has been with GlobalLogic for over four years, most recently serving as Vice President – People & India Head HR. In this capacity, he successfully led HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation efforts, strengthening the company’s people-first culture and positioning HR as a key driver of growth.

Before joining GlobalLogic, he worked with Accenture for over five years in multiple senior HR leadership positions. As Director & Head HR – Corporate Functions, Consulting, Digital & Capability Network, India, he played a crucial role in enabling talent strategies and building employee engagement frameworks across Accenture’s largest geography in India. Earlier, as Director and Vice President Human Resources, he oversaw delivery centers across Bangalore, Chennai, and Sri Lanka, supporting more than 35,000 employees and leading HR transformation, retention, and engagement initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Raii served as Chief People Officer at Eicher Motors, where he drove HR transformation during a phase of massive organizational growth. Prior to that, he was Senior Director Human Resources at Expedia Group, where he implemented HR strategies across 14 countries and 23 locations in APAC and played a key role in setting up and scaling the Expedia Technology Center in India.

He has also held leadership roles at United Colors of Benetton India, Adobe Systems, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen, where he built deep expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, and leadership development across industries including IT, consulting, manufacturing, and retail.

Rrajesh Raii holds a PMIR in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier management institutes.
