Mumbai, 16th April, 2026: Seclore, a global leader in Data Security Intelligence, has appointed Roshan Cariappa as Regional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Asia and the Middle East & Africa. This appointment comes as Seclore accelerates growth across these high-priority markets, with a focus on scaling enterprise adoption, strengthening go-to-market execution, and advancing the data security intelligence positioning
In this role, Roshan will lead Seclore’s go-to-market strategy across Asia and MEA, with end-to-end ownership of regional marketing. His mandate includes driving category positioning for Data Security Intelligence, scaling pipeline and revenue growth, and strengthening engagement with enterprise customers navigating AI-driven data risks and increasing regulatory complexity.
Roshan brings close to two decades of experience in B2B marketing across high-growth technology companies, with deep expertise in enterprise go-to-market, category building, and scaling businesses. He previously spent over seven years at Vymo, where he served as Vice President – Marketing, leading brand, demand generation, and customer engagement across India, Southeast Asia, and the United States.
Beyond his corporate roles, Roshan advises high-growth startups on go-to-market strategy and scaling, working closely with founders on growth and category positioning. He is also the host of The Startup Operator, one of the most prolific podcasts in the space, featuring over 250 founders across 400+ episodes over six years. Earlier in his career, he founded a consumer technology startup focused on building immersive VR games for children.
