Austin, Texas, United States, January 2025 – Christopher McLauchlin has assumed the position of Vice President, People Rewards & Development at Central Health, marking an exciting new chapter in his career. In this pivotal role, Christopher will lead the strategic direction and execution of programs related to total rewards, learning and development, and employee orientation, ensuring alignment with Central Health’s mission to empower communities with care.
Before joining Central Health, Christopher served as Enterprise Director of Total Rewards for over a year, where he developed and implemented strategies for compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, playing a critical role in building and retaining a talented workforce.
Earlier, Christopher held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at TrueCare, a mission-driven healthcare organization. Over nearly three years, he provided strategic leadership across HR policies and programs, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
Christopher also founded and served as CEO of My HR Team Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to crafting HR policies tailored to business needs, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and HR expertise.
Before that, Christopher spent over a decade at Employers Insurance Group, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, he was instrumental in developing comprehensive HR programs, including talent management and organizational development, while fostering a strong business culture.
