Houston, Texas, United States, August 2024 – Joanna Zasadny has joined Sysco as the Vice President, Human Resources – Southern Rockies Region. In this role, Joanna will be instrumental in leading HR initiatives and supporting the overall business strategy within the Southern Rockies Region. Her focus will be on driving talent management, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the alignment of HR functions with Sysco’s business objectives.
Before joining Sysco, Joanna served as Vice President, Human Resources at Greco and Sons, Inc. for nearly three years. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in succession planning, culture change, and employee engagement, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and stability.
Prior to that, Joanna was the HR Director at Greco and Sons, Inc., where she led HR operations for six years. She was responsible for managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, which were integral to the company’s operational success.
Earlier in her career, Joanna worked as an HR Generalist at Greco and Sons, Inc., where she developed her expertise in HR operations, setting the foundation for her future leadership roles.
Joanna also gained valuable experience as a Human Resource Generalist at Phonak, where she worked for five years, and as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Stafflogix, where she honed her skills in payroll management and benefits administration.
