Istanbul, Turkey, June 2024 – Göktekin Enerji is pleased to announce that Cihan ALP has joined as the new Chief Human Resources Officer.
With a distinguished career in human resources spanning over two decades, Cihan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role. His most recent role was with SARSILMAZ SİLAH SANAYİ, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer. Cihan’s extensive expertise and strategic vision make him an excellent fit for Göktekin Enerji, and his leadership will be instrumental in driving the HR initiatives across the organization.
Prior to that, Cihan was the Human Resources Director at VEM İLAÇ SAN. TİC. A.Ş. for about 1 year. He led HR strategy, onboarding, culture change, and labor and employment law functions.
Cihan also served as Human Resources Director at Boğaziçi Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. for about 1.5 years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving HR strategy, team leadership, and compensation & benefits.
Earlier in his career, Cihan held the position of Human Resources Director at Eksim Investment Holding for about 2 years, and Chief Human Resources Officer at AGT Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for about 5 years. He managed HR operations, strategic HR planning, executive search, and project management.
Göktekin Enerji is an engineering company established in 2015 to provide EPC services in the field of sustainable energy. The founder and chairman of the company is Abdullah Göktekin. The company carries out projects and investments in renewable energy sources such as wind and biomass energy, especially industrial-scale solar energy solutions, both domestically and internationally.
