Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States, December 2025 – Cindy Baldwin has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources, CertainTeed at Saint-Gobain North America, marking a significant milestone in her long-standing leadership journey within the Saint-Gobain ecosystem. In her new role, she leads the people agenda for CertainTeed, strengthening talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce culture across North America.
Before assuming this expanded leadership role, Cindy Baldwin served as HR Director, CertainTeed, where she partnered closely with business leadership to develop people priorities, strengthen organizational capability, and align HR practices with business strategy.
Earlier, she spent over a decade as Director of Human Resources – North America at Saint-Gobain Life Sciences, playing a pivotal role in developing talent pipelines, driving HR business partnering, and delivering HR programs aligned to long-term growth and transformation goals.
Prior to joining Saint-Gobain, Cindy served as Director of Human Resources at Morgan Technical Ceramics – North America, providing strategic HR leadership across multiple regions, followed by nearly eight years as HR Manager at Morgan Electro Ceramics, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, compliance, talent management, and employee relations.
She began her HR leadership journey as HR Director at Regional Health Services, providing HR oversight for diagnostic clinic networks across multiple U.S. states.
