Prior to joining Calibrant Energy, Workman served as the HR Manager at JTI Electrical & Instrumentation, LLC for over six years. In this role, she led HR initiatives and strategies that significantly contributed to the company’s growth and operational efficiency. Before her tenure at JTI Electrical & Instrumentation, LLC, Workman was a Human Resources Generalist at KBA Engineering Services LLC in Bakersfield, California, where she managed a broad range of HR functions, supporting the company’s expansion and employee development programs.
Workman’s HR career commenced at KS Industries, LP, where she initially worked as a Personnel Dispatcher. Her responsibilities included managing personnel logistics and supporting the company’s staffing needs, laying the foundation for her career in human resources management.
