Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, August 2025 — CJ Price has been appointed Head of People and Culture, APAC at Sparro, marking a return to the agency where they previously served in a senior people leadership role. In this newly elevated position, Price will spearhead culture initiatives, talent engagement, and people strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.
Price rejoins Sparro, where they had served as Senior People & Culture Manager from 2023 to 2024. During that tenure, they played a critical role in shaping a collaborative workplace culture and driving initiatives aligned with the agency’s growth and people-first values.
Before Sparro, Price spent over four years at WW / WeightWatchers, rising through multiple roles, including Senior Manager – People, ANZ. Their work spanned business partnering, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, supporting WW’s people strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
Earlier in their career, Price was Human Resources Coordinator at CORE Integrated Solutions Pty Ltd, where they managed the full employee lifecycle across three entities and led the recruitment of over 200 staff for a joint venture. They also gained early experience through roles at Cancer Council NSW and Ogilvy PR Australia, where they supported campaign coordination and HR operations.
