Preston, England, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Clair Dyson has joined Omegro as the new Chief Talent Officer. With a distinguished background in human resources and talent management, Clair is set to enhance the company’s talent strategies and foster a supportive and innovative work environment.
Before joining Omegro, Clair served as the Chief Talent Officer – Bradley O’Connor Portfolio at Volaris Group for over a year, where she led talent initiatives and supported the development of human resources across various portfolios. Prior to this, she was the Director International Human Resources – Marine Group at Volaris Group, managing HR operations for the marine and cruise businesses.
Clair’s extensive experience includes her role as International HR Director at SpecTec, a part of the Volaris group, where she was responsible for HR operations in the shipping and cruise industries. She also served as the People and Development Director at ASE Global, overseeing global recruitment, training, and people initiatives, and significantly contributed to the company’s growth and performance.
Earlier in her career, Clair held various HR positions, including HR Executive at Hemway Ltd, HR Manager (interim) at The Big Food Group, and HR Manager at Alpha Flight Services. Her experience also includes roles at Spirit Group, Allied Domecq, and Thistle Hotels, where she managed HR and training functions, primarily within the food and hospitality sectors.
