Gurgaon, Haryana, India, October 2025 – Uno Minda Limited has announced the appointment of Sanjeev Kulkarni as the Group CEO of the ADAS, Controllers & Sensors (ACS) Domain. In this new role, he will be responsible for driving the Group’s innovation and business transformation agenda in the ACS domain, positioning Uno Minda at the forefront of cutting-edge mobility solutions.

Sanjeev brings with him more than two decades of experience in the automotive technology and manufacturing sector. Most recently, he served as Vice President – Automotive India at HARMAN International, where he was responsible for leading India’s automotive business. Earlier, at Harman International India Pvt. Ltd., he held multiple leadership roles including Sr. Director – Automotive (BU) India, Sr. Director – Plant Operations, and Director – Plant, where he managed sales, program management, plant operations, and P&L responsibilities.
Before Harman, Sanjeev spent nearly nine years with Visteon Corporation, where he led operations as Director – Interiors Pune Plant and held senior roles in manufacturing and quality, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and customer delivery. He also began his early career at Gabriel India Limited and Sundaram Auto Components Ltd., gaining strong grounding in engineering and quality systems.
