Berlin, Germany, October 2024 – Claire Morgan has been appointed as the Head of Learning and Development at ManpowerGroup Deutschland, where she will lead the strategic direction and implementation of learning initiatives across the organization. In her new role, Claire will focus on enhancing talent development, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the overall growth of the organization through effective learning strategies.
Claire brings over 3 years of experience at ManpowerGroup Deutschland, having recently served as Head of Business Performance, where she successfully led business improvement initiatives and strategic performance management efforts. Her role involved driving operational excellence across various sectors within the organization.
Prior to that, she held the role of Director of Permanent Placement, a key assignment aimed at raising the profile of permanent recruitment across multiple business areas in Germany. Claire’s efforts in this role helped to create a cohesive and collaborative environment, accelerating the growth of the recruitment business within the country.
Before her time at ManpowerGroup Deutschland, Claire was seconded from ManpowerGroup UK/Brook Street as Head of Permanent Placement, where she expanded and developed the permanent recruitment business across IT, engineering, banking, and office professional sectors. Her contributions were instrumental in building a culture of growth and collaboration within the German perm organization.
With over 19 years at Brook Street, Claire served in multiple leadership roles, including Head of Perm Delivery and National Training and Quality Manager, where she was responsible for driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes and training initiatives. She also played a significant role in the launch of digital learning programs and facilitated learning and development strategies that aligned with Brook Street’s business goals.
