Greater Lyon Area, France, February 2026 —Clémentine Al-Elimat has started a new position as Vice President HR Power Systems at Schneider Electric. In this role, she leads HR for a global business of 13,000 employees spanning Innovation, R&D, Commercial, Segment, Project Execution, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, further strengthening the company’s people strategy across critical energy operations.
Prior to this appointment, Clémentine led a strategic transformation project at Schneider Electric involving the creation of the new Energy Management Software & Services division, an AI-native and digital-first global division comprising over 7,000 employees worldwide. This initiative marked a major milestone in accelerating the company’s software-led growth and digital transformation agenda.
Earlier, she served as Vice President HR – Home & Distribution Global Business at Schneider Electric, where she designed and executed the people strategy for a €6B revenue division covering innovation, industrialization, marketing, manufacturing and eCommerce. She drove staffing and skills transformation to build future-ready digital capabilities, led culture and leadership transformation initiatives including Diversity & Inclusion, and steered agile deployment and organizational efficiency programs. In 2025, she successfully led the transfer of the €4.5B Final Distribution Business to another division.
With over 16 years at Schneider Electric, Clémentine has played a pivotal role in large-scale HR transformations aligned with business growth, sustainability and digital innovation. Earlier in her career, she also held roles at Manpower and VINCI Construction, building foundational expertise in recruitment and training.
Her elevation reflects Schneider Electric’s confidence in her strategic leadership and her ability to shape high-performing, future-ready global organizations.
