New York, United States, January 2026 – Colleen (Moyle) McCandless has been appointed as Vice President – Human Resources at Turner Construction Company, where she will lead the organisation’s people strategy, employee relations, leadership development, organisational effectiveness and workforce transformation initiatives across Turner’s operations.
Colleen (Moyle) McCandless brings over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Human Resources Director at Turner Construction Company, where she led regional and national HR initiatives supporting business expansion, workforce planning and leadership capability development.
Earlier at Turner, she served as Regional Human Resources Director and Human Resources Director, overseeing talent strategy, organisational development, employee relations and HR operations across multiple U.S. markets.
Before joining Turner, Colleen spent over twenty years at Toll Brothers, where she progressed through a series of leadership roles including Vice President – Employee Relations, Director – Employee Relations, Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator. During her tenure, she led enterprise employee relations, workforce compliance, leadership development and organisational culture initiatives across Toll Brothers’ national operations.
