Brentwood, Tennessee, United States, February 2026 — Compassus, a leading national provider of integrated, home-based care services, announced today Elizabeth Russell has joined the organization as Senior Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. In this role, Russell will lead Compassus’ enterprise compliance and ethics strategy, strengthening governance, risk management and regulatory oversight in support of high-quality, person-centered care for the patients and communities Compassus serves.
Russell brings more than a decade of healthcare compliance leadership experience, most recently serving as chief compliance officer at Sevita, a provider of home and community-based healthcare services for people with disabilities, seniors, and other complex needs. She’s worked extensively with multi-state, multi-service line healthcare entities.

Russell holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She has completed executive leadership and strategic leadership certificate programs through Harvard University Extension School and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
