With a proven track record in human resources leadership, benefits administration, and organizational change, she brings a wealth of expertise to the role, strengthening the foundation for talent growth and engagement at Fountain House.
Cobham has been with Fountain House for over a year, previously serving as Senior Director of People & Culture, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience, implementing HR best practices, and driving talent strategies. Her leadership in employee engagement and workforce planning has positioned her well to guide the organization’s people strategy forward.
Prior to joining Fountain House, Cobham served as Human Resources Director at the Metropolitan Opera, where she was responsible for HR operations, benefits administration, and talent management. Her focus on employee relations, performance management, and policy development helped optimize HR structures and improve workplace culture.
Before that, she spent three years as Senior Associate Director of Benefits & HR at Uncommon Schools, overseeing a $30 million benefits budget and implementing HR technology solutions across multiple states. Her experience also includes roles at Environmental Defense Fund and NYC Health + Hospitals, where she played key roles in benefits strategy, compliance, and workforce development.
Holding an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute with a specialization in Healthcare Administration, Cobham’s expertise spans HR strategy, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Her leadership at Fountain House will continue to enhance the organization’s workplace culture and talent growth strategy.
