With more than 20 years of international experience in scaling businesses across media, consumer goods, technology, and software, Tabi brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive and strategic expertise. He has worked across diverse ecosystems, including Germany’s dynamic start-up scene, global leadership roles at Red Bull, and a C-level position at a Silicon Valley company backed by Softbank Ventures. Most recently, he served at McKinsey & Company, where he guided clients worldwide in executing growth strategies and co-led the firm’s global Business Building in Consumer Health practice.

As Chief Expansion Officer, Tabi will lead coto’s global growth vision, shaping and executing the platform’s international strategy. His global experience and passion for consumer-first solutions will be key as we accelerate coto’s international growth. Tabi’s leadership will help us scale faster and deepen our impact.”

Speaking about his new remit, Tabi says, “Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for building brands that create real impact. Stepping into this role at coto is an exciting opportunity and we aim to redefine emotional wellness by making it a mainstream service that empowers individuals globally. This mission is both an entrepreneurial challenge and a meaningful opportunity to positively impact millions of lives.”

Tabi holds a business degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and is based in Hamburg, Germany.
