Rogers, Arkansas, United States, January 2026 — Crafton Tull, an engineering, design, and surveying firm operating across Arkansas and Oklahoma, has appointed Courtney Guppy as its new Chief People Officer (CPO).
In her expanded role, Courtney Guppy will lead the organization’s overall people strategy, strengthening leadership capability, culture, talent development, and employee experience across Crafton Tull’s growing workforce. As a 100% employee-owned organization, the people agenda will remain central to Crafton Tull’s long-term performance, collaboration, and ownership-driven culture.
Before stepping into the Chief People Officer role, Courtney served for over three years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Crafton Tull, playing a key leadership role in advancing HR strategy and organizational capability.
Prior to that, she spent nearly three years as Vice President, Human Resources at Crafton Tull, following an earlier assignment as Director of Human Resources, where she supported operational HR, workforce planning, and HR transformation as the organization scaled.
Earlier in her career, Courtney spent about four years with Walmart as Senior Manager – US People, bringing exposure to large-scale workforce management and people operations in one of the world’s most complex talent environments.
She also built a strong foundation over nearly nine years with Mercy as Senior Human Resources Manager, supporting healthcare workforce needs and people leadership across Mercy’s Northwest Arkansas operations.
