Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, April 2025 – Courtney Hausladen has joined Northern Oil & Gas, Inc. (NYSE: NOG) as the Senior Director of Human Capital, bringing with her over two decades of experience in human resources leadership and a strong track record in compensation strategy, organizational development, and talent management. In this newly appointed role, she will lead the company’s human capital strategy during a period of strategic growth and transformation.
Most recently, Courtney Hausladen served as Vice President, Human Resources at Ellie Mental Health, where she led initiatives across compensation, talent strategy, and employee development for nearly two years. Her leadership was instrumental in shaping HR policies and scaling talent systems for a fast-growing behavioral health organization.
Prior to that, she spent over 11 years at Surmodics, Inc., progressing through multiple senior HR roles. As Senior Director of Human Resources, she played a pivotal role in global compensation, rewards programs, and multi-site HR operations. She previously held the roles of HR Director, Senior HR Manager, and HR Manager, demonstrating consistent success in leading labor relations, leadership consulting, and strategic HR implementation.
Earlier in her career, she held key HR roles at Honeywell Aerospace, Trammell Crow Company, and EcoWater Systems, where she focused on labor relations, compliance, and workforce planning. Across these roles, she honed her capabilities in executive compensation, labor law, market analysis, and performance management.
