New York, United States, May 2025 – Wells Fargo, one of the world’s largest financial services companies, has announced the appointment of Courtney Nicotra as Vice President, Lead Human Resources Business Partner. In her new role, Courtney will drive HR strategy and support business leadership through transformative people initiatives that align with Wells Fargo’s commitment to employee engagement and organizational excellence.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Courtney Nicotra served as Human Resources Director, CBS News and Stations at Paramount, where she played a key role in supporting newsroom operations, talent management, and employee relations across the U.S. media network. She contributed to building inclusive people strategies and enhancing HR systems in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Before her role at Paramount, Courtney was Senior Manager, People (HR) at Condé Nast, where she led HR initiatives for some of the world’s most influential media brands. Her earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Rainbow Apparel Co., First Empire, and The Nature’s Bounty Co., where she managed talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development strategies. Her HR foundation was built through contract assignments with Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, L’OCCITANE Group, and Pioneer Trading Academy, where she gained valuable exposure to dynamic and diverse workplace cultures.
