London, England, United Kingdom, May 2025 – Craig Barker has stepped into the role of Managing Director at Ferrero Foodservice (UK), taking leadership of the brand’s strategic direction across the UK and Ireland. With over three decades of experience in the confectionery sector and a long-standing association with Ferrero, Barker’s appointment is expected to reinforce the company’s market leadership and growth initiatives.
In his most recent role, Craig Barker served as Managing Director for Ferrero Asia Pacific, overseeing regional operations from Singapore. His leadership was instrumental in expanding Ferrero’s footprint across multiple Asian markets, driving performance and localization initiatives.
Prior to this, Barker was Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, a role he held for over two years based in Sydney. He was pivotal in enhancing market share, distributor relations, and operational capabilities during his tenure in the ANZ region.
Earlier, he served as Managing Director for North Asia, leading business operations across Hong Kong and neighboring territories, and contributed significantly to growth and brand development. His responsibilities included the adaptation of marketing and sales strategies to suit regional dynamics.
Barker’s journey with Ferrero also includes stints as Regional Marketing Director – APAC, Sales Director for ANZ, and Sales Director – UK & Ireland, showcasing his versatile leadership across functions and geographies. Prior to joining Ferrero, he spent over 11 years at Mars, where he worked across several categories including confectionery, pet care, and beverages.
