Chicago, Illinois, United States, February 2025 – Cristina Priest has stepped into the role of Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Molina Healthcare. In this position, she will leverage her extensive experience in HR business strategy, employee relations, and organizational development to drive HR initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.
Cristina has been a part of Molina Healthcare for over three years, most recently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where she played a key role in employee relations and HR transformation. Prior to that, she was a Senior Consultant, Employee Relations, responsible for handling complex HR challenges and strategic workforce planning.
Before joining Molina Healthcare, Cristina worked at AbbVie as a Human Resources Specialist, where she contributed to onboarding strategy, data analytics, and talent integration following the company’s acquisition of Allergan. Her ability to streamline HR processes and develop talent management programs was a key asset to the organization.
Cristina holds a JD-MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During her studies, she won the ICA Case Competition, served as VP of Diversity in Business, and was an Advanced Opportunity Fellow. She also gained valuable experience through HR internships at Ecolab and GE Transportation, where she managed internship programs and worked on HR data analytics.
