Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Croma has announced the appointment of Piush Kothari as Chief Customer Experience Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership focus on building a seamless, customer-first experience across touchpoints.
In his new role, Kothari will lead Croma’s customer experience agenda spanning physical stores and digital channels, with an emphasis on elevating service standards across the complete ownership journey—from discovery and purchase to post-sale support.
Commenting on the move, Piush Kothari said, “Croma has been a trusted name in consumer electronics for millions of Indians, and I am thrilled to be part of this much loved brand. I’m looking forward to working with Shibashish and the incredible team at Croma where we want to keep raising the bar by keeping customers at the centre of what we do. From the moment someone comes to any of our store – physical or online, all through the ownership experience.”
Prior to joining Croma, Kothari served as EVP, Head Subscriptions (SVOD) and Media at JioHotstar, where he led SVOD revenues and subscriber growth along with the Media Centre of Excellence. Before that, he spent over five years with The Walt Disney Company, taking on leadership roles including Head of Product, Growth, Partnerships and International Expansion for Disney+ Hotstar, and also served as a Nominee Director on the Board of Mashal Sports. His earlier experience includes senior strategic roles at Welspun Group and Aditya Birla Group, along with a consulting foundation at Accenture Strategy.
